The "Information Transmission Device (Step Type)" is a device that allows reading, playback, and analysis of data from the Information Memory (VAM) storage unit, VAM32, via a transmission line (metal line) through the operation of a district device. Faults occurring on-site can be confirmed at the district device. Additionally, information (recorded information from VAM) at the time of fault occurrence can also be automatically read out.
